“We are going to toss some carrots in a juicer for this one. We have long been fans of carrot and ginger. This combination has made it onto countless versions of our cocktail menus. Carrot juice is as nice to look at as it is to drink, and you’ll be able to see your drinks better the more carrot juice you drink. The classic mule is great jumping off point to think about adding aromatic vegetables like carrots to cocktails.”

Recipe:
1 ½ oz Far North Ålander White Rum
1 ½ oz Fresh Carrot Juice
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz Ginger Beer
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a shaker tin filled with ice, shake first three ingredients briefly. Strain over ice into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with approximately 2 oz of ginger beer (Reed's is a good choice). Garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
