Recipe:
1 Bottle Du Nord Craft Spirits L’Etoile Vodka
or Far North Spirits Syva VodkaAt Least 2 Beets, Rough Chopped
(Or Scrap From Juiced Beets)1 Tbsp. Peppercorns
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine ingredients in a mason jar & shake. Store at room temperature for at least 3 days, shaking periodically. Strain & put back into the bottle. Store in the freezer. Enjoy neat with some slices of cucumber and smoked salmon, or make a simple cocktail.
