GLASSWARE: COUPE
Recipe:
2 Dashes Rice Wine Vinegar
(White wine vinegar will work)¾ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Cucumber Slices
2 Sprigs of Dill
3 Big Parsley Sprigs
1 Pinch Salt
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a shaker tin add cucumber, herbs and salt. Muddle well. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnishing with a dash of Angostura bitters and the top of a dill sprig.
SIMPLE SYRUP:
In a saucepan combine:
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 cup water
Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, then cool. Use right away or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
