TIME: 2 MIN + 1 DAY INFUSION

Recipe:
¾ oz Cucumber Simple Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 Pinch Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, and shake hard. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a thin cucumber slice.
Cucumber Simple Syrup:
1 cup white sugar
2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
Combine cucumbers and sugar in a gallon-sized zippered bag. Seal and refrigerate until sugar has dissolved. Strain liquid. Reserve cucumber slices for garnish.
