1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
4-6 Blackberries, muddled
Borgoleto Lambrusco Reggiano by Cantina Puianello
To Make Thyme Ginger Syrup
Raw Cane Sugar
Filtered Water
Thyme
Fresh Ginger (roughly chopped)
Pinch of Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, and shake until properly chilled and diluted, about 5 seconds. double strain into a chilled coupe glass; top with Lambrusco.
