Toma-rita
Perhaps the most famous “daisy-” style cocktail is the Margarita. Substituting gin for tequila (as we do this week) and utilizing the traditional Oaxacan agave nectar, makes a tasty daisy that’s Margarita adjacent. The addition of fresh, muddled tomatillo, and with a peppy hint of jalapeño, you have an easy, unique cocktail perfect for a summer night.
