Chili Tincture (2022)
Tinctures are concentrated alcohol infusions used to season cocktails, much the same as bitters. Vodka acts as a solvent, extracting the spice and heat from a fresh medley of hot peppers, making the flavors ready to add to any cocktail you’d like to have a little heat.
