RECIPE:
1 ½ oz Du Nord Craft Spirits L’Etoile Vodka or
1 ½ oz Far North Spirits Solveig Gin¼ oz Simple Syrup *
1 oz Dry Vermouth
Thinly Sliced or Shaved Fresh Radish
Thinly Sliced or Shaved Scallion
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice; stir until very cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail (coupe) glass. Garnish with thinly sliced radishes and scallions.
SIMPLE SYRUP:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, then cool. Use right away or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
