South-Facing Garden
A sour is one of the foundational cocktails, classic and simple to make. The addition of soda water turns a sour into a Rickey, lengthening the drink and preventing more subtle tones from being drowned out. This take on a Gin Rickey starts with Solveig Anna’s Garden Gin, naturally floral from Angelica root, and layers onto that the brightness of mint and the earthy undertones of pea pods.
