Recipe:
¼ Cup Chopped Fresh Fennel Bulb
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Blanc Vermouth
(Dolin Blanc, Cocchi Americano or Lillet Blanc are all excellent choices)
¾ oz Orange Liqueur
(Cointreau or Triple Sec)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Muddle chopped fennel bulb in a shaker tin. Add all liquid ingredients and shake hard. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a small, green fennel frond.
