Way South Side
This drink is a spin on the “Southside” cocktail, traditionally made with mint; here, another fresh, green herb takes its place. Coriander is the seed produced by a cilantro plant, and is a common ingredient in many gins. It adds a really cool toasted-citrus flavor. If you don’t believe me, try biting into one!
