Pontoon Paloma
The mango & peach notes of 612Brew's Hidden Beach Summer IPA lends a bright, slightly hoppy note to the classic Paloma. While some IPAs assault you with hops, this New England-style IPA has enough backbone to stand out, but not so much that it masks the rest of the flavors.
If you're already bringing beer to the cabin, make it Summer Beach... and then pre-batch the rest of this recipe for a one-bottle + one-can solution to please everyone.
Recipe:
- 1 ½ oz Hornitos Reposado Tequila
- ¾ oz Tattersall Grapefruit Crema
- ½ oz Aperol
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 612 Brew Hidden Beach Summer IPA
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except beer, and shake over ice. Strain into a malt or pint glass, and top with Hidden Beach IPA from 612 Brew
