Dilly Dally
“Start with a Gin Gimlet, but swap in lemon juice instead of lime, and you’re left with a (somewhat forgotten) classic cocktail called the Gin Sour. Add fresh, savory dill and earthy celery, and you get the Dilly Dally. It’s a balanced cocktail that can have it both ways — a bit earthy while still being a bit bright.”
