Midnight in Palermo

RECIPE:

  • 2 oz Thyme Ginger Syrup *

  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 4-6 Blackberries, muddled

  • Borgoleto Lambrusco Reggiano by Cantina Puianello

    To Make Thyme Ginger Syrup

  • Raw Cane Sugar

  • Filtered Water

  • Thyme

  • Fresh Ginger (roughly chopped)

  • Pinch of Sea Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, and shake until properly chilled and diluted, about 5 seconds. double strain into a chilled coupe glass; top with Lambrusco.
