Kringle Collins
Recipe:
- 2 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
- ½ oz Cream Sherry
- ½ oz Earl Giles Cranberry Cordial
- ¼ oz Allspice Dram
- 2 Eyedroppers of Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
- Tonic Water
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, and stir over ice. When chilled and diluted, strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water, and garnish with a fresh sage leaf.
