RECIPE:

• 2 oz Ida Graves Vodka

• 1 oz dry vermouth
  (like Cocchi Americano or Dolin Dry)

• Pinch of Salt

• 1 Garlic Scape, torn

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice; shake short and hard. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cocktail onion or any pickled thing.
