Jalapeno Business

To create garnish, slice a thin spear of jalapeño, lengthwise.

Slice a thin wheel of lime (about 1/4" thick) and use a knife to make a slit through the rind.  Compress the lime wheel into a reverse-S shape, as pictured at right.  Then, use a knife to help "thread" the jalapeño spear through the lime.
